PT. SRI DELI JAYA has it’s origin in downtown Medan. Established in 1974, it has now become the biggest printer in town with about 500 employees. The new location near the tollgate of Belmera highway, occupies a total area of more than 50.000 sq m, housing its prepress, printing, finishing, laboratory, warehouse and other supporting departments. Our products and service include cigarette packaging, paper cartons packaging, corrugated carton box, flexible packaging, labels, posters, calendars and more printing products.
We are developing to become the supermarket of printing service in the region. Over the years, we have become known for our innovation, quality and services. Our success as a packaging supplier to tobacco companies, food, paper and medical products is the result of our superior packaging expertise. We believe in the strength and the future growth of economy in Indonesia and Asia that’s why we are committed to develop long term business relations.
The Design and Prepress Center utilizes the latest PC and Macintosh computers, scanners, imagesetter and all current graphic design software to handle customer’s order. But the most important investment we made is the brainware that operates and give the spirit and creative idea to all these gadgets. That’s why we call it creative design.
We accept a variety of input including conventional artwork, film and digital data. We can also download artwork file from email. All these materials are processed and output to plate with our latest CTP imaging technology. High resolution process color images will be proofed with ORIS Color Matching System to guarantee the quality of the image reproduction.
Our offset pressroom is equipped with Roland and Mitsubishi presses up to six colors. With a large 820mm x 120mm sheet capacity, it gives us the ability to quickly respond to our customer’s demand.
We have several rotogravure presses up to ten colors, flexo narrow web up to ten colors, and flexo corrugated box up to four colors. The printing presses at Sri Deli Jaya are planned to cater for large and medium production.
All our employee have years of experience and continuous training in printing process. Combining this and our modern equipment, we are able to offer the best quality and price on time, all the time.
Our Box Maker division consist of corrugator, able to produce B,C & F flute single and double wall. We are also equipped with laminator, gluer and stitching to give a full service.
The flexo room runs a 4-colors flexo printer, sloter corrugated with B, C & F flute materials. we also have photopolymer platemaker, Digital and Conventional capability.
In brief, we produced corrugated box and fine packaging boxes.
